Yes. Open the airpass.swiss app and go to Profile → Account information → Delete account. You will be asked to confirm your password before submitting the deletion request.
Deleting your account removes app account access and personal profile data tied to the account. Purchased eSIM service records may need to be retained when required for transaction history, support, billing, fraud-prevention, regulatory, or legal reasons.
Some limited records may be retained where required or permitted by law, including payment, invoicing, compliance, fraud-prevention, security, and dispute-resolution records. Retained data is kept only for the relevant legal or operational purpose.
