Delete your airpass.swiss account

This page explains how users of the airpass.swiss mobile app can delete their account and request deletion of associated personal data. It is public and does not require login.

How to delete your account

  1. Open the airpass.swiss app
  2. Go to Profile
  3. Tap Account information
  4. Tap Delete account
  5. Confirm your password and submit the deletion request

What is deleted

When your airpass.swiss app account is deleted, we delete or de-identify personal data associated with your app account unless retention is required or permitted for the reasons listed below.

  • Profile information such as your name, email address, and phone number
  • Saved account data associated with the airpass.swiss app
  • Authentication tokens and app account access connected to your profile

What may be retained

Some information may be retained after account deletion when necessary for legal, billing, fraud-prevention, security, or regulatory purposes.

  • Transaction, payment, invoicing, refund, tax, or compliance-related records where retention is required by law
  • Limited security, fraud-prevention, abuse-prevention, and audit logs for a legally required or operationally necessary retention period
  • Records needed to resolve active support, billing, chargeback, regulatory, or legal requests

Account deletion questions

Can I delete my account from the app?

Yes. Open the airpass.swiss app and go to Profile → Account information → Delete account. You will be asked to confirm your password before submitting the deletion request.

What happens to my purchased eSIMs?

Deleting your account removes app account access and personal profile data tied to the account. Purchased eSIM service records may need to be retained when required for transaction history, support, billing, fraud-prevention, regulatory, or legal reasons.

Is any information retained after deletion?

Some limited records may be retained where required or permitted by law, including payment, invoicing, compliance, fraud-prevention, security, and dispute-resolution records. Retained data is kept only for the relevant legal or operational purpose.
